Hi, I’m Caaren, I am a former CPA, now PSYCH-K ® and Health and Wellness facilitator. I am also a Reiki Master. I best describe myself as a Subconscious mind specialist, working in Energy, Healing and Transformations. When I’m not doing this work you can find me reading and learning anything I can. 

What brought me here…well…it felt like my life was crashing in. It all started long ago but I’ll start here… my Mom passed away, an unwanted but much needed move from California to the Midwest, hiding my feelings in alcohol, my own health crisis and then my family's mental health was suffering severely. I thought to myself, I can’t live this way and something needs to change.  And that was ME!

I set an intention to heal myself and my family. What I found in the process is that we all have the power within ourselves to make these changes and heal, which led me to finding my passion in helping others. My greatest desire is to help others who are wondering where the path starts, what my purpose is, how do I heal, how do I attract more abundance in my life.  I find joy in leading one to their ideal life, cultivating that desire quickly and easily.
